Maintenance And Reliability SupervisorThe Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor contributes to the success of the plant by providing leadership around ensuring the consistent, reliable and efficient operation of the manufacturing lines. This role oversees preventative and predictive maintenance programs and drives equipment uptime and supports the planning and execution of maintenance days, overhauls and rebuilds. In addition to Responsibilities including cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire location.
In this role, you will lead a team of employees within the facilities department.ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance ensures all maintenance activities adhere to and meet, lock out tag out and regulatory standardsFacilitates team and line ownership associated with Plant Line Pair lead structureOwns complete equipment lifecycle by overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, down day, overhaul and rebuild execution. Leverages tools and technologies, vibration analysis, oil analysis to mitigate failuresRoot cause analysis - Lead and coach teams in problem solving to prevent repeat failuresCoordinating with Maintenance Technicians within line pair leads to drive operational improvementPartners with external OEMs for equipment life cycle compliance and reliabilityImplement reliability strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipmentEnsure that production equipment is operated correctly and consistently, providing coaching to Manufacturing team members as neededCoordinate with maintenance team members to execute reliability activitiesGather learnings and feedback from Maintenance Team Leader (Line owner) to optimize asset management for linesDeploy strategies in reliability that build maintenance and technician capabilitiesUtilize 5S & visual factory concepts to improve asset utilization and plant performanceDevelop maintenance team to handle day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsDeliver effectively change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impactCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issuesMotivate team members to achieve plan goalsThis role requires regular presence on the plant floor, lifting to 40 lbs occasionally, may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally and occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
