In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greaterComplete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hoursPrepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)Our company runs purely on EOS.
