Maintenance SupervisorFresh Mark is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Canton Plant. In this position, you will primarily be responsible for providing leadership and guidance for your team members in overseeing the performance of the equipment and systems at your facility.Key AccountabilitiesBe responsible for the efficient operation of the Ammonia Refrigeration, Boiler Steam, Compressed Air, Hot Water and Central Fire Suppression SystemsDirect and lead team in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment as neededLimit and reduce mechanical downtime to keep production lines running at top efficiencyPlan, schedule and manage up to seven technicians on your teamContinually promote safety as a top priorityProvide technical assistance to all production and sanitation departmentsRequirementsA minimum of five years of practical experience in the refrigeration and utilities fieldEffective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting prioritiesProven ability to plan, organize and effectively manage peopleStrong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skillsAbility to work with employees at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate othersWe invite you to be part of our exciting team and rapidly growing business.Fresh Mark provides an excellent work environment and comprehensive benefits including paid vacations and holidays, educational assistance and reimbursement, health care with low premiums and deductibles, vision, 401K with company match and more.At Fresh Mark, people come first.
