Maintenance SupervisorThe Maintenance & Automation Supervisor will lead maintenance, reliability, and automation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for improving equipment uptime, supporting automation projects, and driving continuous improvement across plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated equipment, including conveyors, robotics, sensors, and PLC-controlled machinery.Lead automation and equipment improvement projects from installation through startup and optimization.Develop and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.Partner with engineering and technical teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and smart manufacturing initiatives.Utilize CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities, work orders, and asset history.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment performance.Provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to maintenance and production teams.Promote a strong safety culture and support daily manufacturing operations as needed.Qualifications4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.1+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or lead role.Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.CMMS experience and continuous improvement mindset.Salary Range: $85,000-$100kBenefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
