Job Description
- Supervise and direct all maintenance personnel (5-6 Technicians)
- Drive preventative maintenance programs and planning using a CMMS
- Take a hands-on role assisting with mechanical, electrical, and machine/hydraulic repairs
- Coordinate third-party vendors for facility services such as lawn care, snow plowing, and HVAC
- Develop, set up, and schedule preventative maintenance programs for facility and equipment maintenance
Key Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience xhqgsiq as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead
- Hands-on capability with multi-craft repairs and a proven ability to hold people accountable
- Experience developing and scheduling preventative maintenance programs for facility and equipment maintenance
