Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and electricians.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding equipment.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, equipment orders, and departmental workflow.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance supervision or relevant maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. xzgxqkn
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is preferred.
