Maintenance Supervisor
Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and electricians.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding equipment.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, equipment orders, and departmental workflow.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of maintenance supervision or relevant maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing and injection molding equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is preferred.
