Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd ShiftFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of production equipment within our PCBA manufacturing facility. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Maintenance Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently while assisting this Maintenance Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily activities of Maintenance Technicians supporting PCBA and SMT production equipmentAssign work orders and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and support production schedulesOversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering systems, AOI equipment, conveyors, and supporting facility equipmentRespond to equipment breakdowns and provide technical leadership to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issuesMonitor equipment performance, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and other maintenance KPIs to identify improvement opportunitiesCoordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact to productionSupport installation, commissioning, validation, and startup of new equipment and production linesEnsure maintenance work is properly documented within the CMMS or maintenance tracking systemMaintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure critical components are availableTrain, mentor, and develop Maintenance Technicians on equipment operation, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and maintenance best practicesEnsure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and environmental requirementsSupport Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectivenessAssist with vendor coordination for equipment repairs, maintenance services, and equipment upgradesParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for recurring equipment failuresSupport calibration activities for manufacturing equipment and measurement devices as requiredMaintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and department reportsOther Duties as assignedQualificationsAssociate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of maintenance experience in a PCBA, SMT, or high-volume manufacturing environment requiredPrevious supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systemsExperience maintaining SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI systems, and related production equipment preferredKnowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologiesExperience using CMMS or maintenance management software preferredStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in a production environment for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.About Foxconn WIFII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
