Maintenance SuperintendentThis role involves overseeing and coordinating field construction activities across multiple trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical, finishes) to ensure safe, timely, and quality project execution. The candidate will work closely with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to support all phases of project delivery.QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of current experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial, educational, and/or government construction projectsDemonstrated stable work history with proven leadership on interior and exterior projectsBroad working knowledge of multiple trades and general construction practicesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established reporting structuresProficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Adobe softwareCollege degree preferred, but not requiredOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferredAdditional Requirements:Physical Requirements: Must be able to occasionally climb ladders or lift and move heavy materials, as required by project activities.Pre-Employment Requirements: Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening and medical evaluation prior to hire.Brown & Root Industrial Services is an equal opportunity employer.
