Maintenance Shop Supervisor - Energy

As a Shop Supervisor at BP Energy in Houston, you will lead day-to-day operations of a busy maintenance shop supporting critical utility and energy assets. You’ll plan and prioritize work orders, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure all equipment repairs and inspections meet BP’s rigorous safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will manage parts and inventory, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and track performance metrics. Working within BP’s collaborative, learning-focused culture, you’ll coach staff, drive process improvements, and help enhance reliability for both traditional and low‑carbon energy operations.
