Job Description
This role puts your troubleshooting skills to work in a fast-paced steel mill environment where safety, ownership, and continuous improvement drive everything. Step in, lead from the front, and build something that lasts. What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill electrical equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot 480V motors, controls, and industrial electrical components
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to challenges in the steel making process
- Uphold and lead safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards at all times
- Work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Requirements:
- 4+ years of industrial or military electrical maintenance experience on industrial type equipment
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot 480V motors and controls
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Strong commitment to safety — the #1 priority on this team
