RV Resort looking for maintenance and security guard help. No experience necessary but . Must have a valid driver's license. Full-time may be available. Flexible hours and paid holidays. Compensation based experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain park facilities
- Security
- Oversee (distribute mail, security, custodial duties, etc.)
- Groundskeeping
- Occasional weekends maybe needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields, experience in RV resorts and campgrounds a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Pay based on experience
