Maintenance Sales Representative

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenanc e Sales Representative:

• Drive new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and customer visits throughout the Bay Area

• Identify and secure new maintenance and service agreements with commercial and industrial customers

• Conduct customer assessments, develop tailored proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities

• Build and manage an active sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM activity, and consistently achieve revenue goals

• Partner with internal operations teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and identify additional service opportunities

Qualifications for the Maintenance Sales Representative:

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales goals

• Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, technical solutions, or commercial and industrial services preferred

• Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to independently manage a sales territory and build lasting customer relationships
