Seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects across multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys project leadership, problem‑solving, and working independently in a regional travel capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead maintenance and capital improvement projects across multiple locations
* Perform preventative and corrective building maintenance
* Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
* Coordinate with staff, residents, and vendors
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
* Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Associate degree or equivalent training in Electricity, HVAC, Plumbing/Fitting, or Welding/Fabricating with 2+ years of related experience
OR
* 5+ years of related maintenance experience
Additional Requirements
* HVAC Certification preferred
* EPA 608 Certification preferred
* Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Outlook
* Ability to learn work order management systems
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to travel frequently between locations
* Strong communication and customer service skills
