Maintenance Process Transformation Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of maintenance process transformation initiatives for gas and electric distribution systems.
- Develop and execute strategies for preventative and corrective maintenance improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align teams on transformation goals and processes.
- Assess organizational impacts and ensure smooth change management during maintenance transformation.
- Monitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery from transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance for gas and electric distribution systems.
- Proven experience in maintenance process transformation and operational improvement.
- Strong understanding of organizational change impacts and role transitions during transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to quantify benefits and value from maintenance transformation projects.
- Excellent facilitation and leadership skills for conducting workshops and driving stakeholder engagement.
