Qualifications and requirements include background and experience in HV AC, electrical, and general facility maintenance. A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential. Candidates must be able to work well as a team player, available to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, and willing to work overtime when needed. Emergency call-ins, including during severe weather and other emergency situations, are also required. Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and workplace apps is necessary.
