Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hourSchedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and off-hours support as needed.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, wiring, conduits, motors, controls, and related equipment.
Support production operations by maintaining equipment reliability, safety, quality, and line performance.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
Connect to control systems using a laptop to diagnose, modify, and support automation equipment.
Wire and maintain three-phase motors, motor starters, and industrial electrical components.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480 volts.
Analyze and repair control circuits down to the component level.
Work with sensors, flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature controls, and other instrumentation devices.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Work closely with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to document maintenance activities and manage work orders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support plant operational goals.
QualificationsMinimum of three years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar industrial maintenance role.
Experience troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Experience troubleshooting and programming PLC and HMI systems.
Experience programming and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment.
Familiarity with pressure sensors, flow meters, temperature sensors, and related instrumentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CMMS software.
Associate degree in Industrial Electricity, Automation Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience with Rockwell Automation or Allen-Bradley software preferred.
Food manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
