Maintenance PlannerPlanning & SchedulingMaintain department 5S requirements.Develop detailed maintenance plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective workorders.Prioritize maintenance workorder based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.Coordinate planned shutdowns, outages and major repair activities.Participate in daily production and maintenance meetings.Workorder ManagementReview and plan work requests within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Track work order progress and ensure timely completion.Generate PM workorder and schedule task for maintenance personnel and contractors.Populate spreadsheets, data bases, forms and other necessary documents as needed by the Maintenance Manager and SupervisorsContinuous ImprovementMaintain department 5S requirements.Drive improvements in maintenance planning, scheduling efficiency, and equipment uptimeMonitor KPIs such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTRWork with Buyer and Maintenance Personnel to set up spare parts into inventoryKeep track of all machine and machineRequired Skills/ExperienceMust be computer literate.
