Cargill is seeking a Solar Maintenance Planner to support its Energy & Utilities operations within the Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans for solar assets, coordinate work orders in the CMMS, and ensure safe, reliable plant performance. Partnering with operations, engineering, and EHS, you’ll analyze asset data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in uptime and cost.
