This individual will be closely involved with the implementation, development, and upkeep of the system. The Maintenance Planner will report to the National Maintenance Planner in Midway, FL.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the population and maintenance of the CMMS systemProvide support on CMMS-related requests, updates, and guidanceConduct routine internal audits of equipment, records, and documentationAssign Asset IDs and tags to equipment as neededDesign preventive maintenance tasks for assetsIdentify and pursue continuous improvement opportunities to reduce operational costsOversee the processing of maintenance and calibration documentationProvide support for internal and external audit requests for maintenance documentationPrioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirementsImprove systems by studying current practices and designing modificationsCreate informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant trends and opportunities for improvementSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh proficiency in the principles of mechanical equipmentHighly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challengesProven problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMeticulous and able to work independently and safelyExperience using a CMMS or similar database systemPreferred: CMMS administration experiencePreferred: 3-5 Years of experience as a Maintenance PlannerPreferred: AA/BA/BS in a technical field and/or 2-4 years of related experience in a GMP environmentADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredHigh degree of PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHighly advanced in Microsoft Excel or similarHighly knowledgeable with a database environmentValid Driver's License or ability to obtain oneMust be a minimum of 21 years of ageMust successfully complete a comprehensive background screeningPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistanceMust be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasksMust be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as: reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditionsMust be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc.

Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary will be commensurate with experience.
