ProAmpac is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our manufacturing operations by planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. In this role, you will develop work orders, coordinate downtime with production, and ensure parts, tools, and labor are available before work begins. You will maintain accurate equipment histories and CMMS records, analyze failure trends, and recommend improvements to reliability and uptime.
Working closely with maintenance, production, and safety teams, you will help optimize resources, minimize unplanned outages, and support a safe, efficient, and continuously improving manufacturing environment.
