Kohler is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize equipment reliability and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. In this role, you will develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant equipment, coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, and keep accurate asset and work-order records in our CMMS. You’ll collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to plan shutdowns, major repairs, and improvement projects.
Leveraging data and reliability best practices, you will analyze equipment performance, refine maintenance strategies, and help drive continuous improvement across the facility.
