Maintenance PlannerReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will plan, schedule, and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will manage work order priorities, analyze equipment reliability, coordinate internal and external resources, and serve as a liaison between Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and external partners to ensure planned work is completed on schedule.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activitiesReview and process maintenance notifications and manage work order prioritiesPlan all work order details including safety requirements, quality considerations, labor needs, parts, work instructions, schedules, locations, and technical documentationMaintain the functional location structure and equipment list within SAPCreate and maintain preventive maintenance task lists and plans in SAPManage the maintenance backlog and ensure work is prioritized appropriatelyConduct physical inspections of work sites as part of the planning process and coordinate plans with technical resourcesPartner with the MRO Storeroom to ensure effective kitting and parts availability for planned workPrepare and communicate weekly work schedules and lead weekly planning and scheduling meetingsCoordinate contractor services required to complete planned maintenance activitiesCommunicate high priority work orders and planned downtime requirements to Maintenance and OperationsTrack, analyze, and communicate work management metrics and provide improvement recommendationsParticipate in Daily Direction Setting meetings, breakdown analyses, and cross functional reviewsEnsure compliance with corporate Maintenance Planning and Scheduling systems and SAP Plant Maintenance standardsInitiate requisitions for maintenance and indirect purchases and support vendor accountabilityIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GED required; technical two year or four year degree preferredMaintenance experience in a manufacturing environment2+ years experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of equipment, parts, and maintenance processesExperience using a computerized maintenance management system; SAP Plant Maintenance preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levelsDemonstrated collaboration, time management, and flexibility in a team based environmentPhysical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
