Job TitleRepair and paint buildings and/or offices. Maintain equipment and supplies. Provide assistance in conference center and in other departments. Build furniture and make changes to building.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPaint interior and exterior surfaces, including halls, doors, woodwork, furniture, ceilings, etc.Prepare surface for painting including taping, bedding and texturing of surfaces.Mix paint to match varied construction phases of colors for surfaces.Remove furnishings and cover carpeting prior to painting.

Frequent physical effort required.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience.Licenses and Certifications Valid Texas Driver's License* and insurability with the college's insurance carrier.*Individuals hired for this position may be required to drive a company vehicle. A Motor Vehicle (MVR) Report will be run in conjunction with the background check during the contingent offer stage and annually/bi-annually for the duration of employment at Collin College.
