What You’ll Own



  • Lead, direct, and support maintenance personnel performing equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance.

  • Perform regular plant inspections, assessing facility condition and the efficient use of space.

  • Establish and sustain a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.

  • Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal; act as liaison with public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.

  • Oversee construction and installation work for strict conformance to specifications; develop and coordinate specifications, proposals, contracts, and related documents.

  • Coordinate building space allocation, layouts, and communication services.

  • Assist with facilities equipment repair and PM activities as needed.



How You’ll Lead People



  • Supervise team members in the Maintenance Department and Tool Room.

  • Interview, hire, and train; plan, assign, and direct work.

  • Evaluate performance, recognize achievements, and discipline when required.

  • Handle employee concerns and resolve issues professionally.
