Job TitleMechanical and Electrical Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to 3-4 assigned wash locationsPerform all mechanical and electrical repairsPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical componentsScheduling projects/repairsOrdering necessary replacement parts and keeping stock of necessary spare partsAddress and repair emergency breakdowns in a timely mannerDocument future and past repairs using a CMMS program or spreadsheetProvide training to car wash team members on proper use of equipment to prevent downtimeAdhere to company vehicle policiesAdhere to all OSHA and Quick Quack safety standardsQualifications· High school diploma or GED equivalent· 5+ years of industrial/commercial equipment repair and maintenance· 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repair· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.· Ability to work on a ladder· Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods of time· Welding experience is a plusSkills· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting· Ability to read electrical and/or mechanical schematics· Ability to research information to find solutions· Strong organizational and prioritization skills· Ability to manage time and complete repairs within scheduled timelines· Self-starter and able to work independently or in a team environment· Strong understanding of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) protocolsWhat We Offer· 4-week training program for new maintenance mechanics· Company service vehicle or paid mileage for personal vehicle· All tools are provided by Quick Quack· Company credit card· Company cell phone· Company computer/tablet· Company uniforms· 401k matching· Medical and dental· Paid time off· Yearly performance reviewsBenefits401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceTravel RequiredYes.
