Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to reduce downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and manufacturing machinery
- Repair or replace defective components using hand and power tools
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation
- Execute and document work orders accurately
- Monitor maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory
- Support facility maintenance and equipment improvement projects
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and workplace safety standards
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical trade school or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude xhqgsiq and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime and respond to after-hours maintenance needs
