This position performs preventive maintenance, responds to maintenance requests, conducts routine equipment inspections, and works closely with warehouse and production teams to minimize downtime.Duties and Responsibilities:Tour facility at start of shift to look for maintenance issuesCommunicate with warehouse and production staff regarding maintenance concernsRespond to any maintenance requestsMaintain a PM schedule for all critical equipmentManage contracts for snow removal, landscaping, and non-lab equipmentEstablish a schedule for maintenance review meetings with leadershipAssist with larger plan improvement projects as they ariseAssure all equipment is properly shut off at the end of the dayRequired Skills and Abilities:Strong mechanical and automation-centered maintenance skillsetExperience with LP gas or other flammables preferredBoiler system and compressed air maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of filling equipment
