Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.
- Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems.
- Complete preventive maintenance using CMMS software.
- Operate testing equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CMMS software.
- Ability to safely operate scissor lifts and follow industrial safety standards.
