CF Industries seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management for our Chemicals operations. You will oversee maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and asset lifecycle planning to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.
Responsibilities include leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinating shutdowns/turnarounds, optimizing spare parts and CMMS data, and driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and EHS to uphold strict safety, environmental, and quality standards while improving equipment uptime and cost effectiveness.
