As Maintenance Manager at Sevita, you will lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management operations across healthcare settings to ensure safe, reliable environments for individuals receiving home and community-based care. You’ll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, medical and mechanical systems, and life-safety equipment, manage vendor contracts and budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare, OSHA, and state regulations.
