UEG is seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Southeast. This role leads the maintenance team and owns the PM program, the budget, and the effort to keep equipment safe and reliable while cutting downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
8+ years of maintenance management experience, including foundry maintenance
Understanding of casting, heat treatment and related manufacturing processes
Experience managing maintenance and capital budgets, PM programs and outside contractors
Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
DISA and/or no-bake molding experience
Lean or other continuous improvement background
