You'll be:Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to achieve departmental goalsOverseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsDeveloping and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifeEstablishing and maintaining detailed maintenance records and computer logsEnsuring alignment with company objectives for energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiativesManaging maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and suppliesCoordinating and overseeing third-party contractors and vendors for specialized servicesDriving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processesEnsuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policiesCollaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellenceThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experiencePossess proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environmentDemonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsHave experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systemsAre familiar with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, or similar standardsExhibit excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skillsBring solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvementOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
