I’m working with a growing Northeast Ohio manufacturer looking for a Maintenance Manager who still likes getting their hands dirty.
This isn’t a desk-only management role. They need someone who can lead a maintenance team, strengthen the preventive maintenance program, and still get out on the floor to troubleshoot equipment alongside the team.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience using a CMMS to organize, track, and drive maintenance activity
- Comfortable troubleshooting electrical, controls, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience building and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ability to read schematics, equipment documentation, and technical drawings
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Someone who will get on the floor, diagnose problems, and work alongside the maintenance team when needed
- Experience balancing vendors, equipment projects, parts, inspections, and day-to-day plant maintenance
