Maintenance ManagerFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within our PCBA manufacturing facility. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Maintenance Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Maintenance Manager will develop and execute maintenance strategy, ensure long-term equipment reliability, and lead a team of technicians and supervisors to support high-volume SMT operations while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and oversee comprehensive maintenance operations for PCBA and SMT production equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, wave soldering systems, AOI equipment, and supporting facility systemsDevelop and execute long-term preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and asset lifecycle performanceBuild, mentor, and manage maintenance supervisors and technicians through structured training programs, performance management, and career development planningEstablish and enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and environmental policies, conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and safety training initiativesAnalyze downtime, OEE, and maintenance performance metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven process and reliability improvementsManage departmental budgets, capital expenditure planning, and spare parts inventory to optimize cost control and equipment availabilityLead vendor management and contract negotiations for equipment service, parts procurement, and external maintenance supportImplement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to improve efficiency and reduce wastePartner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to support new equipment installation, line expansions, and process optimization initiativesOversee calibration programs for all precision equipment and measurement systems to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standardsDevelop and drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impactEstablish maintenance policies, procedures, and documentation standards to support consistent, scalable operationsSupport production planning by coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize impact on output and delivery commitmentsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field strongly preferred7+ years of maintenance experience in a PCBA/SMT or high-volume manufacturing environment required3+ years of management or leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams or departments preferredStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation, and control systems in manufacturing environmentsProven experience managing budgets, vendors, and capital projectsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.About Foxconn WIFII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
