At Star Blends, our people are our passion, and our work makes a real difference.The Role: We're looking for a hands-on, solution-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance efforts of our mill machinery and mechanical equipment. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting farm success behind the scenes.What a Day in the Life Looks Like:Machinery Repair and Electrical MaintenancePerform emergency and routine repairs to maintain uptimeRead and interpret electrical schematics to solve electrical issuesMinor truck and trailer repairs as neededPreventive Maintenance and TroubleshootingCreate and execute preventative maintenance plansInspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to prevent breakdownsMaintenance LoggingMaintain accurate records of repairs and inspectionsUse data to improve reliability and performanceSchedule: Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
