Maintenance Manager | Lead the team. Improve reliability. Reduce downtime.
PeopleSolutions is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations for a manufacturing organization. This role calls for someone who can develop people, strengthen preventive maintenance, and turn equipment challenges into lasting improvements.
You will lead Maintenance Supervisors, Leads, and a Facilities Technician while working closely with operations and customers to keep the plant running safely and effectively.
What you’ll own:
- Build and improve preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel
- Manage maintenance budgets, labor, spare parts, and supplier performance
- Prioritize repairs and support new equipment installations while minimizing downtime
- Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across the department
- Maintain strong safety practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E compliance
We’re looking for a leader with 4+ years of relevant experience , strong technical judgment, and the ability to earn trust across maintenance, operations, and customer teams.
A technical bachelor’s degree is valued; equivalent hands‑on experience will also be considered. Experience managing industrial maintenance teams is preferred.
