Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager III - John F. Kennedy Airport Distribution Center (JFK)

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager III to lead maintenance operations at our JFK Distribution Center. In this role, you'll oversee facility maintenance programs, capital projects, vendor partnerships, and a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping critical systems and equipment operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility infrastructure
• Manage equipment installations, renovations, and capital improvement projects
• Partner with leadership to manage budgets, costs, and operational priorities
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and building code requirements
• Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and minimize operational downtime

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a high-volume, distribution, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, food service, or multi-unit environment
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital projects
• OSHA-10 Certification required
• Proven leadership experience developing and coaching teams
• Experience with refrigeration and restaurant equipment is a plus

Salary: $90,260 - $110,773

Schedule
