This individual will play a key role in ensuring production timeliness, customer satisfaction, and audit readiness across the facility.

Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Monroe, Louisiana (Relocation Assistance Available)

Reports To: Plant Manager
Direct Reports: 30
Regulatory Environment: FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA
Production Schedule: Monday-Friday Operation | 1 Production Shifts | 1 Sanitation Shift

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance, repair, and engineering within the plant
- Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Lead team development and training efforts
- Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Maintenance Management experience within food and/or beverage manufacturing
- Experience working within a USDA-regulated facility
- Experience managing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems
