Maintenance ManagerMaintenance Managers are responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations and personnel while performing maintenance duties.Responsibilities include:Supervise all service personnel (housekeeping/custodial and grounds personnel) which includes but is not limited to:Interviewing and hiring all service personnelThe subsequent training of all service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnelManaging staff performance to include evaluation and disciplineCoordinating staff scheduling with the property managerPerform daily maintenance tasks to include apartment turns and work ordersClean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipmentTake the initiative to improve processes and maintenance methodsMaintain MSDS sheets as well as replacement logsSchedule and assist in the supervision and selection of all vendor workBe responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service, custodial and grounds departmentsEnsure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all timesHandle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requestsBe available to work on an on-call basisReport unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residentsRemove snow and ice as necessaryEnsure necessary tools are on handRequirements:HVAC certificationCPO certification2+ years of experience in a handyman or maintenance roleLeadership experienceKnowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electricalAbility to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contactsEffective communication skillsSelf-motivated with attention to detail and an ability to exercise independent judgment and discretionCompensation: Full-Time $ 70,000.00 to $ 75,000.00 annuallyVacation & Sick Time for Full & Part-Time EmployeesHealth and Wellness ProgramsEmpower 401K and Roth IRA- Including Free Financial Advisors and Employer Match9 Paid Holidays per yearEmployee Referral IncentivesBonus and Commission OpportunitiesEmployee Rent Discount ProgramProfessional Development TrainingMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Short-Term Disability coverage is available*Outlined benefits are subject to change and may vary based on location or employee status*AMC, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
