We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across two manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance team, driving preventative maintenance programs, minimizing downtime, and ensuring equipment and facility reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance operations across two manufacturing plants.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 maintenance employees.
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Oversee repairs of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, piping, and facility infrastructure.
- Partner with production and plant leadership to support operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Travel between facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance knowledge.
- Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Boiler Operator License.
