The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels in a high-volume manufacturing environment and can effectively develop and improve maintenance strategies.What You Will Get To DoLead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programsEstablish and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programDevelop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and production disruptionsManage spare parts inventory using Kanban systemsEnsure compliance with ISO/IATF, OSHA, and EPA standardsCoordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance during appropriate downtime windowsTrack and report on key maintenance metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and maintenance costsTroubleshoot and maintain production equipment including ovens, hydraulic presses, water jet tables, and industrial robotsDrive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies like A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysisWhat You Bring To The TeamAssociate's degree in a related fieldOver 7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, especially with Tier 1 automotive suppliers3–5 years in a management roleExtensive experience with TPM programsProven ability to lead and develop maintenance teamsKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologiesProven track record of supporting production initiatives in new or scaling environmentsStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsPreferred: Experience with IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 standards, familiarity with thermoplastics, proficiency with PLC programming, and knowledge of industrial robotsSalaryThe base salary range for this position is $81,000-$121,000 per year.
This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
