Maintenance Manager
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager with strong experience in plastics, polymers, and film production equipment or a related industry. This leader will drive equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and safe, efficient operations across extrusion and converting lines. This position will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facilities and systems are reliable, safe and efficiently maintained.
Reports to Plant Manager

- Electrical Supervisor
- Mechanical Supervisor
- Electrical Technician - up to 3
- Mechanical Technician - up to 3
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop maintenance technicians and electricians
- Ensure uptime across extrusion, blown film, cast film, resin handling, and converting equipment
- Oversee PM/PdM programs and rapid troubleshooting
- Manage CMMS, work orders, spare parts, and maintenance KPIs
- Support capital projects, equipment installs, and continuous improvement
- Maintain OSHA and Inteplast safety compliance
Qualifications:
- 7+ years maintenance experience in plastics, polymers, film, or related manufacturing
- Strong mechanical/electrical background: PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Proven leadership in high‑volume industrial environments
- Experience with extrusion lines, chillers, vacuum systems, winders, slitters, and film‑handling equipment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical and planning skills
