Agnora / West Coast Glass is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility in Cerritos, CA. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, developing maintenance talent, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders to support production goals.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and asset performance.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians through coaching, training, accountability, and professional development.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, environmental requirements, and company safety standards.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment
• Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and reliability programs
• Proven success managing projects, budgets, vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Glass manufacturing experience preferred
