NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE CHIEF BROWNSTOWN, MI
The Jericho Group Consultants is conducting a search for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Chief to lead maintenance operations at a high-volume commercial laundry facility in Brownstown, Michigan.
This is a key leadership opportunity for a maintenance professional who knows how to keep equipment running, minimize downtime, and lead a strong maintenance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all plant maintenance operations
• Manage and develop maintenance technicians and engineering staff
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Manage CMMS and maintenance schedules
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Strong maintenance procedures and best-practices knowledge
• Electrical Systems and PCM experience preferred
• CMMS and predictive maintenance experience highly preferred
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment
