Job Description
Lead maintenance and reliability teams
Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Improve equipment availability and OEE
Manage maintenance KPIs and budgets
Support capital equipment installation projects
Drive continuous improvement efforts

The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Manager should have:
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
Experience managing maintenance technicians and supervisors
Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
Experience improving uptime, OEE, and equipment reliability
Budget management experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
CMRP certification
Experience with CMMS systems
Experience leading capital equipment projects
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
