We are partnering with a well-established F&B manufacturer to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader to step into a highly visible role and make an immediate impact on preventive maintenance, team development, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance execution.

- Conveyors and automation

Leadership Scope:
- 5-6 Maintenance Supervisors
- 20+ Maintenance Technicians
What We're Looking For:
Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale F&B or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility
Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture
Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable
Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and xhqgsiq maintenance execution
Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment
Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation
A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment
