Description: Maintenance Manager

A leading industrial services company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of heavy mobile equipment in a demanding industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, equipment uptime, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations to maximize equipment availability.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement reliability improvements.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and regulations.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or related training in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or a similar field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning software.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
