This role oversees daily maintenance activities in a high-precision firearms manufacturing environment, ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably. The Maintenance Lead plans and executes preventive maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, coordinates work orders, and partners with Engineering on continuous improvement.
