Fath Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance HVAC Technician to support our multifamily apartment communities. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and respond to service requests to ensure resident comfort. You will also assist with general building repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
Working within a resident-focused, team-oriented culture, you’ll communicate professionally with residents and staff, document work orders, uphold safety and compliance standards, and help maintain clean, well-functioning communities for long-term satisfaction.
